    • Any material, data, information, or idea submitted may be used for any purpose.

  • Prohibited Content
    You may not post, upload, or transmit:

    • Unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or scandalous material.

    • Inflammatory, pornographic, or profane content.

    • Any material that could result in civil or criminal liability.

Miscellaneous

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

  • Business conduct or trade practice does not modify these terms.

  • We may assign our rights and duties under this agreement at any time without notice.

Products

  • All products are designed for the original weapon’s model, type, and manufacturer (unless otherwise stated).

  • ConversionKits Website cannot guarantee fitment for replicas.

  • Default product color is black.

  • All photos are illustrative only.

  • All photos, graphics, movies, and information are copyright protected.

  • Use without written permission is prohibited.

  • Product features may change without prior notice.

Import, Warranty & Payment Terms

  • Import issues & licenses are the customer’s responsibility.

  • ConversionKits Website will not cover import-related costs or refund due to import issues.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Credit card refunds are subject to a 2% cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale, even if an order has been placed.

  • Shipping fees are calculated according to weight and destination (minimum €30 per shipment).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

  • All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground.

  • We work with multiple shipping providers to ensure the best delivery option.

  • In-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri) from the time your order is placed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 7–9 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.

  • For international shipments, carriers and delivery times may vary based on destination.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how returns work:

  • Eligibility

    • 30 calendar days from delivery date.

    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

    • Damaged or used products are not accepted.

  • Fees & Costs

    • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • Return shipping is customer’s expense.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Process

    1. Request a Return Authorization before shipping items back.

    2. Send photos if the product is defective or damaged.

    3. Once received, we inspect and notify you of the refund status.

    4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    5. Refund time depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Warranty

  • 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects only.
